Statement on the Passing of the Holy Father

It is with deep sorrow that St Anne's and St Joseph's RC Primary School joins the global Catholic community in mourning the death of our beloved Holy Father, Pope Francis. We give thanks to God for his life of faithful service, his leadership of the Church, and his unwavering witness to the Gospel.

As a Catholic school, we will offer special prayers and we invite all pupils, families, and staff to join us in praying for the repose of his soul.

May Pope Francis rest in the peace of Christ, and may his example inspire us all to live lives of holiness and service.

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace. Amen
